Speech Language Pathologist
After raising three children and working most of her life in northern Michigan, Carrie moved to Nantucket for its beauty, moderate climate, and to be near family. She has had the great pleasure of working with a diverse clientele of all ages; speech/language impaired individuals, multiply and cognitively impaired individuals, as well as gifted and talented persons. Her roles include general education as therapist, teacher, and administrator. Ms. Keyes has a masters degree in general and special education and holds the National Certificate of Clinical Competency for Speech/Language Pathology (CCC/SLP). In addition, she has a masters degree in Educational Leadership & Supervision. Her passion is caring for and creating an exceptional environment for maximal growth and progress in all learning environments.
Dianne Coscia, MD
Board Certified Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician and General Pediatrician
Dr. Coscia was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. She completed her Pediatric Residency at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center and then moved to Boston for Fellowship training in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at Boston Medical Center. She went on to open a Developmental Clinic at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center in 2008. During her 10 years of practice there, she also worked part time in the Pediatric Urgent Care and precepted Pediatric residents from Children’s Hospital /Boston’s Combined Residency Program in their Primary care rotations.
In 2016, Dr. Coscia fell in love with the world famous architect, Angus MacLeod, who has lived on Nantucket for 35 years. The two were married in 2017 and now Dr. Coscia is bringing her skills and expertise to the Nantucket community year round!

Mrs. Williams has 40 years of clinical experience as an occupational and physical therapist. She
works as an occupational therapist here on Nantucket seeing patients of all ages. She taught at
Tufts, Boston University, University of Houston and Texas Woman’s University. Her doctoral
studies were in physiological optics and optometry. She represented the United States as a
delegate to the UN and World Health Organizations for five years studying, teaching and
working on world health issues. Mrs. Williams specializes in diagnosis and treatment of
pediatric neurological, orthopedic, behavioral and eating disorders. With adults she has a
special interest in PTSD, dementia, splinting, bracing and neurological and orthopedic rehab.
Visual disorders that affect balance, gait, reading and perception are issues that affect children
as well as adults and are part of the evaluation and treatment process. She is available for
consults as well as evaluation and treatment.
Speech Language Pathologist
Kelley Hogan lives in South Boston and is a graduate of Worcester State College and Springfield College. She holds the certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). As a child she vacationed on Nantucket with her family, and is now excited to spend the entire summer on the island. She is looking forward exploring the island by bike and by boat; she and her boyfriend are actually living on their boat this summer in the Nantucket Harbor! As a speech-language pathologist with the Boston Public Schools, Kelley loves seeing students succeed in the academic setting as well as all of the social settings school has to offer. She is excited to work with the children of Nantucket and other visiting summer children and help them improve their speech and language skills. She will work to help them transfer their skills from the clinic to their everyday lives with their families.
Madina has a Master's Degree in History and Theory of Fine Arts. Currently learning a lot about Medical Billing and Coding. She enjoys spending time with her children and friends. Loves Art and learning new things. She has a soft spot in her heart for special needs kids.
